Below are the terms of exchanges, what we do
and what we don’t accept. Please read carefully before purchase.
Making a purchase indicates that you have read, acknowledged, understand and agree to here to the following terms and conditions.

Exchange Policy:

If you have received a damaged product, a wrong size or a wrong product, Please inform us within 3 Days of Delivery or else your claim May Not Valid.

You may send us an email at for an acknowledgement and address details for the exchange process or you can Drop a Message to our WhatsApp Support Team.

Once your parcel is received by us, we will process the exchange within 3-5 working days.
We Appreciate Your Patience Regarding it
Exchanges will only be accepted within 5 days from date of delivery.

The item will have to be undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all the labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

Please make sure to include the original receipt/invoice inside the return packet.
In some cases We do not have a reverse pickup service. The customer will have to send the item back for exchange by themselves. The charges for sending the product back will have to be
borne by the customer (In Case if Product Delivery is not as We Promised Regarding Size, Design, Etc.)

We exchange with a different size of the Different piece. We accept exchanges with different designs or items. Please check all the pictures and description
before ordering.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Do we accept returns and refunds?
We do accept returns or issue refunds.

If Product Delivery as not as we promised or something Damage or any unfortunate Incident took place we will refund or exchange it.

₹114 For Reverse Shipment Charges. ( Only to be pay when there is no fault by our end Regarding Size, Design, Embroidery, Etc.)

If we don’t have your purchased item in the size you need or the same exact item in case of any other issues, we will provide store credit or Refund in such cases. The validity of the
Store credit will be 3 month. You will have to use it and make a purchase within this period.
